German discount grocer pays $144.6M to NorthPoint Development for future warehouse site to support expansion plans
In late 2020, NorthPoint paid $160 million for 1,800 acres of land that was the former site of a U.S. Steel plant. A little more than two years later, it has sold a mere 69 acres of the site for almost $145 million.
